Common questions
How do I connect my Instagram account?
Open the app → Settings → Connected accounts → Instagram → Connect Instagram. You need an
Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) — converting is free in
Instagram's settings and takes a minute.
Why can't I post to Instagram?
Make sure your Instagram account is connected (see above) and is a professional account.
If the connection expired, the app will ask you to reconnect — it takes one tap.
What do credits cost and how do they work?
Generating an image consumes credits; editing costs less. Your balance is always visible in
the app, and failed generations are refunded automatically.
Can I use the generated images commercially?
Yes — content generated for your brand is yours to use for your business. See our
Terms of Service for details.
How to delete your account and data
- In the app (fastest): Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, brands, generated content, uploaded images, and any Instagram connection.
- By email: send "Delete my data" to brandpro360.app@gmail.com from your registered email. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
- Instagram connection only: Settings → Connected accounts → Instagram → Disconnect (or remove "Brand Pro 360" from Instagram's Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites). This immediately revokes our access.
