Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 June 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Modrino Technologies ("we", "us"), the operator of the BrandPro 360 app. By creating an account you accept them. We've kept them short and honest.

1. What BrandPro 360 does

BrandPro 360 creates AI-generated branded social media content (images, captions, hashtags) for your business, organizes it in a content library and calendar, and — if you connect an Instagram professional account — publishes content to that account when you choose to post.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
• One person may not use multiple free accounts to accumulate free credits.

3. Credits and payments

• Generating content consumes credits. New accounts receive free credits to try the app.
• Purchased credits and subscriptions follow the pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscription credits are usable while the subscription is active.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits for the failed images are automatically refunded.

4. Your content and your rights

• You own your inputs (your logo, photos, brand information) and you keep them.
• You own the content the app generates for you, to the fullest extent permitted by the AI providers' terms, and you may use it commercially for your business.
• You give us permission to store and process your inputs solely to provide the service (e.g., sending them to AI providers to generate your content, or to Instagram when you post).

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful business marketing.
• Don't use it to create misleading, infringing, hateful, or adult content, or content that violates Meta's platform policies when posting to Instagram.
• Don't upload images you have no right to use.
• Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-generated content — honesty clause

AI sometimes makes mistakes. Generated text and images can contain errors (wrong prices, odd details, imperfect spellings). Review content before posting — you are responsible for what you publish on your accounts. Some AI providers embed invisible watermarks identifying images as AI-generated.

7. Instagram and third-party services

Posting depends on Meta's APIs, which we don't control. If Instagram changes its rules, limits, or availability, posting features may be affected. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Meta's own terms.

8. Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep the app running, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities).

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Profile → Delete Account). We may close accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability) survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
